The apartment is located in Venice, a few steps from the Teatro La Fenice and Piazza San Marco.<\/p>\n

The project, which envisaged a change of use from an office to a residence, was developed and cared for in all its phases, from the conceptual phase to the bureaucratic and finally to the construction site executive phase up to the choice of furnishings.<\/p>\n

The apartment has been renovated with the intention of merging the Venetian tradition with modernity: in fact, original Murano glass chandeliers have been installed, as per tradition and it was decided to give warmth to the rooms through the wooden parquet.<\/p>\n

The apartment consists of two large double bedrooms, one of which has a sauna; this room is characterized by the presence of a ceiling with an original stucco from the 18th century, which depicts an episode from Greek mythology and which has been restored using specific techniques. Furthermore, it was decided to furnish the walls with paneling in Rubelli fabric.<\/p>\n

The apartment has two bathrooms: in the first bathroom it was decided to place a shower with chromotherapy and in the other a hydromassage tub.<\/p>\n

The kitchen appears modern and warm and in the large living room it was decided to decorate one wall with a wallpaper that integrates well with the context.<\/p>\n<\/div>
