The apartment is located in Venice, a few steps from the Rialto Bridge and therefore from the Grand Canal, in a strategic position in the heart of Venice.<\/p>\n

The project dealt with the complete renovation of the apartment which was in an old-fashioned condition typical of an uninhabited Venetian home.<\/p>\n

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom with dressing room.<\/p>\n

The restoration involved the overhaul of the systems, making the kitchen equipment fully electric and functional for use in the apartment. The walls were restored and the ceilings were demolished to make the wooden beams visible and thus give the spaces greater height and brightness. It was decided to keep the original flooring in Venetian terrace, which was treated and enhanced by specific techniques.<\/p>\n

The apartment has been made modern, but at the same time embellished with the typical elements of tradition.<\/p>\n

The chosen furniture and the treatment of the plaster of the walls create a perfect harmony as a whole, making the environment bright.<\/p>\n<\/div>
