The public establishment object of the present restructuring intervention is located in the St.Mark’s district. The project was aimed to create a new restaurant based on already existing activity, hence the end purpose was to create a furnishing and to provide the place with suitable services and equipment. Following an accurate on-site survey photo shooting and all notices along with the analysis of the authority procedures were reported. This was the starting point to present a furnishing proposal to the contractor and, following discussion, the project was fine-tuned to meet all the requirements and needs. This project turned out to be the result of a careful planning, administrative procedures and on-site works. During all these phases the client was constantly involved.
